COVID19 and the 2020 season
  We at Backflow & Irrigation Mgmt, LLC are taking the situation we are in right now serious and keeping your, and our health a top priority during this time.
  We also understand that you having your sprinkler system ready for use and the required yearly inspection of your Backflow device still needs to be taken care
   of and will do everything we can to make that happen.

  For the time being, John and I would ask that we limit customer interaction as much as possible and to do that we will need your help at the time of service.
  If your system shut off valve is located in your basement, we will ask for you to turn the water on for us when we are ready. We also will ask for you to open
   your garage door for us prior to arrival. If your controller is located inside your house and you are familiar with operating it in manual and programming it for us
   we can perform your activation. If these things can’t be done, we would ask to schedule your appointment for later into the season.
  All communication about the service call can be done over the phone as I’m sure that would be preferred over yelling across your garage.

  This is not how we normally operate as customer interaction is a very high priority for us, sometimes irrigation is hard to talk about without using our hands but
  we will do our best to communicate what we find and how we set up your irrigation system for the season.
